The region of Dol Amroth, or the Hill Of Amroth, named after the Silvan Elf Amroth, is a kingdom in Gondor, located on the Belfalas peninsula, known for its great Swan Knights powerful military force, and houses the Prince of Dol Amroth, Imrahil son of Adrahil.

And last and proudest, came Imrahil, Prince of Dol Amroth., with gilded banners bearing his token of the Ship and the Silver Swan, and a company of knights in full harness riding grey horses; and behind them seven hundreds of men at arms, tall as lords, grey-eyed, dark-haired.

It is one of the most renowned fiefdoms of Gondor, its banner bearing the image of a swan, and its warriors said to have the blood of both Elves and the Men of Númenor.
The city borders the sea, resulting in many ports and merchant settlements and creating great trade for Gondor from all around Middle Earth. Most notably, Edhellond (pronounced Ethelond), or Elf Harbour, is their greatest income of wealth.

Dol Amroth is protected by fearless ranks of men-at-arms, marines and warriors such as the legendary Haven Gaurd of Belfalas, creating resistance to be reckoned with against raiding parties of the Corsairs of Umbar, who, being merchants themselves, would not miss the chance to raid a rich coastal village, gaining them wealth and taking a bite at their ancient enemy at the same time.
In this piece of original art from quite a while back, I depict various ranks of the Dol Amroth military in what armour suits them (in my opinion). First there is a Dol Amroth militia man, followed by a man-at-arms (armour is just a variant of the Gondor men-at-arms), then a Tirith Aear Warden, a Nimrodel Ranger (this is not based on the River Nimrodel in Lorien, but on the she-Elf Nimrodel, who travelled to Dol Amroth in search of Amroth, but was lost and never found). Next is a famous Swan Knight, and finally, the feared Haven Guard. The names and looks of many of these soldiers is inspired by Total War LotR mods such as Third Age and Rise of Mordor.

Little is known about Dol Amroth, but I have tried to bring it together here.
